CG Therapeutics is developing a range of anti-hCG cancer therapies.
| • | CG201, the anti-hCG vaccine. CG201 is the company’s lead product in development for treating cancer. CG201 inoculations target hCG-producing tumors by stimulating patients’ immune systems to produce antibodies that eliminate hCG. New clinical trials are planned for 2009 and 2010. |
| • | Anti-hCG monoclonal antibodies. CGT has created several anti-hCG monoclonal antibodies with unique properties for use in treating cancer. These antibodies will be humanized and developed for therapeutic applications in combination with CG201. |
| • | Other therapies. In the future, CGT hopes to explore clinical applications of its anti-hCG therapies in combination with other experimental or established cancer therapies, including chemotherapy, surgery and radiation. |
