CGT plans to conduct a large, multi-site Phase 2 clinical trial to establish the effectiveness of CG201 in treating various types of cancer.

Clinical Trial Plans:

     • Clinician sponsored clinical trials to begin in 2009. Several small trials in multiple cancers will be carried out in order to establish patient safety and to explore the dose required to obtain maximal antibody responses.
     • Comprehensive Phase 2 trial in a solid tumor cancer to begin in 2010 or 2011.

A 164-patient, two arm, randomized, placebo controlled Phase 2 trial in solid tumor cancer patients is planned. A standardized chemotherapy regimen will be compared to that regimen plus CG201 as second line therapy with progression-free survival and median survival as endpoints.

     • Phase 3 trials to be initiated upon completion of Phase 2 trials

Corporate partnerships with large pharmaceutical companies, or additional public or private funding will support these trials.
