Antibodies Produced By CG201 Fight Cancer
With Negligible Side Effects
CG201: An Advanced Formulation

CG201 is the result of more than 20 years of research into anti-hCG therapies sponsored by the World Health Organization and corporate partners, led by Dr. Vernon Stevens of the Ohio State University. The current formulation, CG201, produces much higher and longer lasting antibody levels than earlier prototype formulations. In the course of extensive product development and clinical testing, CG201’s predecessor formulations demonstrated clinical safety and initial proof of efficacy, with a record of statistically significant anti-hCG effects and no systemic side effects.

CG201 includes several fragments of the target hormone, hCG. These are chemically linked to the classic vaccine carrier protein, diphtheria toxoid (DT), which is itself a successful and widely used component in pediatric vaccines. Each of CG201’s two immunogens reacts with white blood cells to produce antibodies that bind to hCG, ßhCG and hCG-H, neutralizing their cancer-promoting effects. The CTP37-DT immunogen conjugate is shown on the left above and the LP20-DT immunogen is shown at right above. Each vaccine dose contains both immunogens in an emulsion with the immune-stimulating adjuvant, norMDP.

CG201 represents the next generation of anti-hCG immunotherapies. The major advantages of this new formulation are:

More potent, creating higher antibody titers
Easier to administer, requiring fewer doses
Low cost of manufacture
Longer shelf life
New, exclusive intellectual property
