CGT is preparing to initiate a large randomized Phase 2 clinical trial of CG201 in 2011. Dosing information obtained from 1 preliminary clinician-sponsored trial will identify the best dose to optimize CG201’s anti-fertility and anti-cancer effects by maximizing antibody levels.
Completed testing:

| • | Animal tests demonstrated 10-fold better antibody levels compared to older formulations |
Prior formulations of CG201 showed safety and effectiveness in human Phase 1 and Phase 2 contraception and cancer-treatment trials. The antibodies stimulated by CG201 blocked hCG’s effects and extended survival in late-stage colorectal and pancreatic cancer patients.
