Denise Harrison
Denise, CGT's CEO and Acting Board Chairman, has 15 years experience in corporate finance. She was CFO, Director of Finance and Human Resources for Illumigen Biosciences, Inc. from their inception in 2000 to 2007. At Illumigen, she oversaw all phases of corporate finance and development from startup to successful project completion and corporate acquisition by Cubist Pharmaceuticals. Denise has extensive experience in public, private and government accounting. She served as senior auditor for Deloitte and Touché and the IRS. Denise earned a Post-baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy, Arizona State University and Bachelor of Science, Oregon State University.
Reiner Laus, M.D.
Dr. Laus is founding CEO and President of BN Immunotheraeutics, which was formed as a member of the Bavarian Nordic group in January, 2005. BN Immunotherapeutics focuses on the development of recombinant Modified Vaccinia Ankara (MVA) for the imminotherapy of cancer. Prior to this, Dr. Laus held the position of Vice President of Research and Development at Dendreon Corporation, there he worked since 1993. Dendreon is a Seattle-based developer of cancer immunotherapies. Previously, Dr. Laus held research appoinments at the University of Kiel, Germany and at Stanford University in California. Dr. Laus received his M.D. from the University of Kiel in 1986.
